In order to train creative researchers, Atilim University uses a customised research methodology. By enhancing and elevating the scientific research culture, the university also supports faculty and student research initiatives. Along with planning, developing, and carrying out trade and industrial projects, it also offers administrative and financial support to all researchers.
The primary goal of Atilim University's scientific research is to advance science both nationally and internationally. As a result, during conferences and other events at the end of the academic year, the university shares its research projects.

Accreditations and Recognitions of Atilim University
Atilim University is accredited by the following organizations:
- YÖK - Yüksekögretim Kurulu (YÖK - Council of Higher Education): YÖK is the highest education governing body in Turkey. It is responsible for the accreditation of all higher education institutions in Turkey.
- MÜDEK (Association for the Evaluation and Accreditation of Engineering Programs): MUDEK is an independent accreditation body for engineering programs in Turkey. It is authorized by the European Network for Accreditation of Engineering Education (ENAEE) to award the European Accreditation of Engineering Programs (EUR-ACE) certificate.
- FEDEK (Foundation for the Accreditation of Higher Education Programs in the Humanities and Social Sciences): FEDEK is an independent accreditation body for humanities and social sciences programs in Turkey.

- Erasmus+: Erasmus+ is a European Union program that enables students to study abroad for up to one academic year. Atilim University has partnerships with over 300 universities in Europe, so students have a wide range of options to choose from.
- Other Exchange Programs: Atilim University also has partnerships with universities in other parts of the world, such as the United States, Canada, China, Japan, and South Korea. Students can apply to study abroad through these partnerships for up to one academic year.
Student Life and Services at Atilim University
Library Services
The university's librarians now operate at breakneck speed. 1129 volumes were catalogued into the library archive in the first half of 1999, together with 56 foreign magazines and 7 Turkish periodicals, and 598 of those books were checked out to 228 customers. To introduce and advertise the library, a brochure was also released.
ICT Services
The university, which is at the forefront of scientific and technological advancements, increases its investments to enable our staff and students to closely monitor technological breakthroughs, make use of them, and acquire the information they need.
Medical Services
The Directorate of Health Services offers a wide range of health services, including day-care inpatient treatment, routine examinations, diagnosis and treatment procedures, employment and periodic examinations of staff members, first aid and follow-up care, injection and osmotherapy, ECG assessment, and prescriptions. It also has three examination rooms and another accommodation room with four beds.

These dormitories are located within walking distance of the university campus and offer a variety of room types, including single, double, and quad rooms.
